  • Lead a high performing sales team to identify opportunities and optimize existing market presence with a primary focus on developing brand;
  • Work closely with local partners to develop and implement appropriate marketing and sales activities;
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships;
  • Invest time and attention in understanding markets and consumer trends to chart optimal strategy for growth;
  • Determine best mix of products to support within each selected market;
  • Plan and manage budget in alignment with strategy;
  • Represent the company at conferences, trade associations meeting, exhibitions to promote company & products;
  • Work collaboratively with other related departments including finance, legal, supply chain to deliver results.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade or related field;
  • At least 5-year working experience in international commercial trading or brand management, preferably in FMCG/ F&B industry;
  • Excellent communication in English. Chinese language is a plus;
  • Understanding of distribution channels, profit margins and overall value chain concepts;
  • Understanding of international variances in cultural and legal issues as pertaining to sales;
  • Focus on relationship-building;
  • Curiosity about different markets and cultures, ability to be open-minded;
  • Strong interpersonal skills, ability to influence others;
  • Strong managerial and leadership ability;
  • Proficient MS Office, SAP system is preferable;
  • Willing & able to travel as required by Company.
