Assist and manage deployment of the Human Resources Management (HRM) system related to technical operations and database management:

  • Maintain internal database files and tables.
  • Perform statistical analysis on gathered HRIS data and running queries.
  • Implement HRM business intelligence reports and identify HR concerns.
  • Be responsible for user manuals and training to end users of the HRM system.
  • Ensure the efficient recording and secure storage of HR metrics.
  • Keep track of technological advancements and trends in the field of HRIS.

Marketing Director

  • Lead development of corporate and product brand plans and budgets.
  • Define strategic direction and objectives for existing and potential markets.
  • Inspire, train, and empower the marketing team to work boldly and effectively.
  • Devise appropriate brand positioning and communication to drive marketing agenda and increase consumer reach, awareness and preference via brand, field marketing, campaign activation in Vietnam.
  • Design annual marketing plan in cooperation with all markets, aligning internal parties across marketing, sales and operations as well as external parties including distribution partners and agencies.
  • Innovation and New Production Development- work closely with the R&D team and Innovation Manager to determine needs and capture opportunities.
  • Brand Analytics and Consumer Insights- understand the business, drive fact-based decision-making, competition/channel dynamics, consumer segmentation and positioning.
  • Provide tools and materials to support the Domestic and International sales teams.
  • Optimize the digital presence of the company and product brands via social media, e-commerce and other relevant platforms.
  • Report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts using pre-determined KPIs.
  • Continually review changes to the market, consumer trends and the activities of competitors, adjusting the marketing plan if necessary
  • An inquisitive leader who is passionate about brands and branding.
  • Results-oriented and proactive about finding solutions.
  • Ability to think outside the box and substantiate ideas/plans with concrete analysis.
  • Minimum 10 years of related work experience, five years in a senior marketing/brand management role.
  • Proven experience running and executing a full brand marketing campaign in Vietnam.
  • Versed in digital marketing- social media and content management as well as e-commerce.
  • High competence in project and people management.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Native in Vietnamese and fluency in English, both spoken and written
  • In-depth understanding of FMCG industry related to brands- positioning and consumer tastes.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field
