Senior International Sales Executive (Chinese Market)

1/ In charge of sales and market development:

  • Develop the international target market in the Chinese-speaking community (China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, ...).
  • Offer prices, presentations for potential customers, send samples and catalogs and negotiate and draft contracts.
  • Promote sales and develop customer systems by participating in fairs, conferences, events, etc.
  • Arrange meeting schedules and welcome customers to work in the office or visit the factory.
2/ Track orders:
  • Fast, timely, and correctly executed all orders as required.
  • Keep track of orders during the process from receiving to completing it.
3 / Take care of customers:
  • Resolving customer complaints.
  • Regularly care for and visit customers for long-term cooperation.
  • Be able to travel for a business trip in the host country (as if required).
  • Maintain relationships with a current customer, working closely with the current customer to build marketing campaigns and order plans.
4/ Perform other tasks:
  • Closely work with other departments (Supply Chain, Accounting, FP&A, QA, Marketing..
  • Market Intelligence: Update market trends/changes, scan relevant industries & stakeholders to identify potential collaboration opportunities.
  • Make reports and perform other tasks as required by the line manager.
  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, Business Administration, Trading, etc.
  • At least three years of working experience in the same position in the Chinese speaking community market.
  • Fluent in Chinese & English.
  • Experience in the food and beverage industry, with an understanding/knowledge of cereals, spices, and nutritional drinks,... will be an advantage.
  • Knowledge of trade/ economics law, Incoterm, and international payment terms.
  • Strong interpersonal & communication skills.
  • Logical/critical thinking & Problem-solving skills.
