Betrimex clearly defines that the "breakthrough" to increase this knowledge content must begin with creating a "Next Generation"—a generation equipped with specialized knowledge of the coconut tree, practice-linked knowledge, and an agricultural economic mindset.

- Human Resource Training: This is the process of "activating" knowledge for the "Next Generation." Internships, seminars, and soft skills training on the coconut value chain will be implemented, bringing students from the lecture hall directly into Betrimex's manufacturing facilities.
- R&D and Technology Transfer (Create Knowledge): This is the process of "creating" new knowledge. The two parties will coordinate R&D on coconut seedlings, embryo culture technology, deep processing, and developing circular economy models to maximize the use of coconut by-products.
- Raw Material Zone Development: This is the process of "applying" knowledge in the farm. The two parties will collaborate with "Farmers" to build sustainable organic coconut material zones, transferring agronomic knowledge and advanced cultivation techniques directly to farmers.
